The lovely team at Lovable Lakelands has created a fantastic, fun and easy trail for kids, families, and people of all ages to explore the Lakelands community and learn more about the special places that make it such a wonderful place to live and visit.

We’ve hidden 8 Tiny Hearts around Black Swan Lake, and we’re inviting you to get out, explore the lake and see if you can find them all! 🥰💕

Whether you’re exploring with the kids, enjoying a walk with family or simply discovering more of our beautiful Lakelands community, the Tiny Hearts Trail is a fun adventure for people of all ages.
